What we collect

Your name, delivery address, phone number and email, so a parcel can reach you and we can tell you where it is. If you write a review or raise a support ticket, we keep the message and any contact detail you attach to it.

How it is used

Your details are used to:

• Pack, ship and track your order
• Answer support tickets and reply to reviews you asked us to respond to
• Send order updates — marketing mail only if you opted in

Who else sees it

Only our courier partner, who receives the name, address and phone number needed for delivery, and our payment provider, who handles the transaction. We do not sell or rent customer data to anyone.
